We provide water to all of our customers to make sure you don’t overheat. Because of the extreme temperature, you shouldn’t take psychedelic drugs or drink alcohol before your sessions. If you are pregnant, you should not use the sauna, because extreme temperatures can be dangerous during early development of the fetus.
